Please Can Equity Clarify

Equity,

Further to your closed thread on what this forum is not, I am still alittle unclear as to the rules. I understand that you do not want the promotion of the blog in the threads - there is a seperate marketplace for it......but u continued to state that it could not be in the signature.

Yet you responded to a post this afternoon regarding shumacher and his sell recommendation in which you left your link in to DOTTVNATION?????

Am I missing something here?? Or perhaps you have made a rule that the forum leader can keep their own blog link but no-one else......????

Like I said, I am not sure I am reading that right - I would appreciate if you could clear that one up for me.

Another point, are you allowing the link of a website owned by the poster to remain??? For instance StoneRoses has Darts.TV - I hope you will let that stay up........in which case, AllThings.TV started out as a blog but is now a fully functioning website, software engineers working on it as we speak....at what point do you distinguish between......lets say a DOTTVNATION WORDPRESS blog and an ARTICLE RIGHT functioning website that will allow anyone wanting to sell/list their portfolio of names, TV/COM whatever, aswell as provide video download feeds by registered members......

I write this to you Equity as a way for you to clear the air - in a very non confrontationl manner......but I would hope that you appreciate that as a member of the .TV forum, I should be allowed an explanation.

Millers what is is that you don't get this is getting old and I left no link in the post I made my link is in the signature line. SIG LINES of course are ok. What is not ok is making a post to let someone know about an entry and providing that link in the post or an ad to a goods and services you provide . Learn the difference KEEP IT IN THE SIG LINE

In the future when you have a question PM it posts to one person will be deleted

Also let me clarify a post that is made to only promote someones blog is a spam post and will not be allowed here everyone here is aware of Dottvnation and allthings if you need greater exposure advertise like Daily Domainer and Domaining Blog do
