You certainly know that Portuguese is spoken only in Portugal, in Europe. It is a pretty small market. Have no idea of the popularity in that country.
However, in Brazil there is a population of almost 200 million where about a fourth access the Internet (it is a poor country but the few riches ARE rich).
The .TV extension is basically non-existent there nowadays.
I have one portuguese language .TV domain -
Intercambio.tv - meaning Student Exchange/Study Abroad, which is quite visual, as well as
StudyTravel.tv, also mine.
Hopefully will finish developing it this week or so, at least the portuguese one.
And, yes, I speak Portuguese.
