You are right. I guess ZigZag would prefer catching NC.tv available at US$1000 listed price which is US$300/year with the 70% discount. Owning the two would be obviously a great advantage, but as such I still prefer NewsChannel as an entertaining flag, the name says it all.

It is a fair offer aaamaretto and you can take that money and put it into a preium ll or lll for less. I always thought just generic news .tv overrated if you have a niche cool but like NEWS.tv People go to news sites that are established and trusted CNN FOX BBC NBC CBS etc... Even just use Google News so that not a bad offer but Millers will give you $1100
Very true. Just because news.tv is ultra premium, does not make news...tv premium too. Would anybody actually check news on other sites except msnbc,cnn,fox and finally google news. Just imo.
Actually, I have rethought the situation a little.......if I had NEWSCHANNEL.TV, I would not sell it for $1000..since .TV is not where it will be when the.TV EXT goes ballistic......but yes, you are right Equity, I don't think I would offer $1100, because that would transfer the risk to me at a premium level.......
However,I don't buy the proposal that people will go to established news channels....the opposite in my opinion....a heck of a lot of people will purposefully avoid the "established and trusted" CNNs of this world.......NEWSCHANNEL could be an irreverant rant in the way the Howard Stern show is for radio..........
This is the whole point in fact for .TV - no more being locked into the CABLE TV packages - every website will broadcast like blogs are now being written...Get a nice generic like NEWSCHANNEL - make it different from the stuffy established TV channels and you have not only a winner but a channel with an avid and loyal following...........IMHO
