What first comes in my mind (and already mentioned here) seeing pi.tv is 'private investigation tv' with those video's of people caught stealing from their boss or caught cheating on their wifes, you know, kind of like what you can see on the Reality TV series.
It would be a great math/algebra video tutorial site. It would be great for students to have access to such a resource. It'd be somewhat harder to develop though as many of the videos would have to be created especially for the site.

This reg was more a personal interest than anything else - I just love everything PI....the gadgets, the lifestyle - maybe I was a PI in a different life........my favorite movie of all time is MIDNIGHT RUN!!
Could be a nice alternative to IQ.TV which is a $10,000 reg.....for brainy people/conferences, professor vacancies..but really difficult to get to grips with such a niche!!
Why do people forget that any name can be used for any activity?
Who cares about spending money in a shop that has a.com domain, or a .net or a .tv domain?
It's the product and the service - Not the address.
pi.com is a big portal.
pi.be is Belgian Internet Provider Scarlet.
It is not impossible somebody will eventually make an offer upon pi.tv.
