| I believe IDotz.net is cheapest - at ~$30. But they don't allow domains under three characters, even though some words in Chinese are one 'character' and many Korean words are two 'characters' (by their definition).
DD24.net is probably next at ~$38. They allow any length domains.
domainsite.com is $39. They also allow any length domains.
