I know what this name implies, but it doesn't make much sense grammatically. Can you have an internet that's not online?
That said it does have two great keywords. I'd give it a reg fee+.

Internet.TV - Great name.
OnlineInternet.TV - Not so much.
It's redundant. It's repetitive. It seems awkward.
That being said, most major extensions are taken, so you are not the only one who saw something in it. Good luck, and I hope you prove us wrong.
