can you please answer my questions ...

Is there any value in aged .tv domains ... let's say 10-11 years old?
Will you buy an old .tv just because of it's age?

I would never buy a domain simply based on age.

As for value, it's hard to say without seeing the specific domains. Renewal rates will certainly effect the value as well.

In .tv the situation is a bit different than with .com. Many domainers like aged .com domains. In .tv much really depends on a keyword. How it goes with .tv (at least many domainers think so, me too)
Please note that in .tv in a current situation the aged domain could have premium renewal fee (only if if it's registered with Enom).


I like aged .tv domains - generally for me it means that someone saw some value in a domain name if he registered and renewed it for many years. If he saw the value probably I could find a value too.

And of course I would agree with Keith that it's not a good idea to buy a name simply based on the age. .

Not unless the name is a QUALITY name. If the name is crap & 10 years old, it's worthless.

No, I'd rather not waste my money. Only would buy quality names only.
