Hey guys,

Have no any idea why, but occasionaly registered dropped.tv. Just checked it and it was avail, so decided to take it.

What do you think, was it a good idea?

Unfortunately I don't see any value in this name undeveloped & it might be best if this name was also dropped, unless you plan on developing it.

OK for a blog about .TV drops but how do you monetize it? Well, perhaps one could add a section for .TV sales and charge a listing fee or commission on sales but in the end a difficult resale.

Unless specific development plans dictate otherwise, I believe available domains should be left that way.

You may develop a site that lists just dropped and available .tv names.

Well, I don't see how this keyword could be used with .tv as well. Only the blog about dropped or expired (if Claude won't create the same on his domain lol) domains or actually a dropcatcher.

Or dropped.pl (biggest polish dropcatcher) would purchase it from me as name.com purchased name.tv once

You might also consider dropping things from high places and filming the results, taking every safety precaution, of course. David Letterman used to drop things from the roof of his studio and his viewers seemed to enjoy.

Other uses:

Legal - as in get charges/tickets dropped
Drugs - dropped some acid
Spend - dropped some cash

It's could be used by a "hip" company..but it's a push imho
