niko.. great job mate... but I noticed one thing with your site.. it states the date of the expo is Aug 20, 2008 or it seems that way...which might be abit confusing to people who want to go... all in all should be an interesting event!

Cincinnatti is not too far away. Not sure how much I would learn, but it might be interesting to attend, especially if some NPers show up, that would be interesting.
Hello everyone! I want to thank everyone for the nice comments, emails and phone calls. We are very excited about this event, even with such short notice.
We have had a tremendous amount of positive feedback, and we anticipate a very nice "1st Annual" gathering.
This will be a one of a kind Expo, and I certainly hope everyone will invest their time and money as I'm positive it will be worth while.
Bring plenty of business cards!
We will continue to update our agenda as it grows, and feel free to visit www.Global.TV for more information.
Next year, the ticket prices will increase, so this is a great opportunity to network with everyone and to learn more about the future of the media landscape, and of course, DOT TV.
Thanks again for everyone's support and we hope to see you in Cincinnati! Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.
I would have loved to participate but a bit too far from home. Based on the obvious future success of the '1st' you can count on me for the '2nd Annual Global.tv Expo, GENEVA' !
Best wishes.
this one was a little too short noticed for my schedule ...
all the best to those attending

Great idea. And great job organizing such an event – no doubt a huge undertaking. Looks like you’ve pulled together some big players in the space as headliners and offer a great opportunity to network.
I certainly wish I could attend – unfortunately a little too far (an ocean too far), to manage next month. Another vote for the 2nd annual in Europe! After all you are Global.TV!! (BTW – absolutely fantastic name there). Any chance to arrange for some streaming of the speeches or panels for those unable to be there? (it would be another good use of .tv )
I'll be there and bringing some .TV peeps with me - lol - my comedienne friend Christine O'Leary - who will be owning SocialButterflies.TV - along with possibly another friend who we'll be developing myCOFFEE.TV with - along with whomever else I can "round up" along the way
I've been waiting for this day since 2000 when I registered OpenHouses.TV - Global.TV Expo - 1st Annual EXPO - is sure to rock - Be THERE!

THIS is your chance everyone! Although DOT TV will be a focus point at the Expo, we will also be discussing in detail; internet marketing, domain development and partnerships, and the Web 2.0 space and beyond.
Our incredible list of guests, speakers, and sponsors are excited to take part in our 1st Annual Expo!
Have you purchased your ticket yet...? Time is running out, get your ticket while they are still available!
Please NOTE:
I've seen a lot of negativity both domain and non-domain related recently on the board. I would highly encourage everyone here to attend the Expo this month, to express your interests, goals, and personal domain portfolio. The networking will be 1st class without question and this is the stage to voice your opinion, we guarantee it will be heard! Take a step back, and think about it. If newbies and investors alike come on to NamePros and see the constant negativity and bickering, what kind of message does this send? If you have a problem with Verisign, Demand Media, or even Richard Rosenblatt himself, would it not make more sense to gather all of your thoughts and facts, and strategically send a formal letter of complaint? There are many successful .TV investors, and companies to date, with many coming down the road, why be counterproductive as a group?
Again, if you have invested in domains, (not just .TV), and are looking to learn more and network with the industry leaders, now is your chance! Take advantage!
Thanks again for everyones continued support and positive energy. We hope to see you in person in Cincinnati.
I am confirmed to arrive in Cincinnati on Thursday for the Global.tv event (barring no work related conflicts that arise between then and now) and would be interested in touching base with those that live in the area or who will be attending the event from the NamePros community. Please feel free to PM me.
