Dying to know how this one goes.

A fellow .tv member here owns this and probably the top holder in .tv names.

Wish him the very best in auction.

What a name! Be a nice pick up for a few players here. Out of my league lol.

I hope it does well but i fear that with such a high renewal then it will never make a massive fee like you would expect at 1st sight.

I'm sure the owner will end up happy with a nice profit for a short period owning this domain.

Protect Our Planet
Top TV channels could easily afford the renewal for a single letter name like this.

I wish him best of luck!

$10,000 for a year? Literally peanuts to afford for the type of channel it may be used for. "Paparazzi" get more than that for a tired photo of Brittany Spears, from what I saw on a special. Almost tempted me to bring my Kodak Brownie out of the attic and hunt for movie stars!

The name applies to so many things...

Here in Germany it could refer to E.TV for Essen (Food) and be a quality food channel.

As a facebook type site it could be E.Tv for 'Everyone'

It could stand for extreme, exciting, emotion, electric, EVERYTHING

It could even stand for England!

The one thing to remember is that there were only 26 of these little beauties made and this is the most commonly used one!!!!!

If it cost $10 then it would be sat doing nothing for the next ten years!

This way, you HAVE to have a plan before buying the name....

...or have extremely hard gonads for the long haul of TV domaining.

Hi Smash, in April it was indeed in Sedo auction, although it didn't meet the reserve price and was not sold.
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/showthread.php?t=499358

One month later it sold, although the buyer never paid, I now got 3 bids on Sedo, $10,000, $15,000 and $17,500, after that last bid I decided to send it to auction despite having it renewed only a few weeks back, so there is as good as one year registration left for the new owner. It's a gamble and hope I did the right thing

John,

Your names are amazing. I hope that name hit's 50K+. I don't know what the reserve price you set but if you renewed it one more year you have time to really market this names to hit XXX,XXX. Again, depending on your reserve price. Good luck.

Parkinson's Disease Lou Gehrig's Disease (ALS)
Still only at $17,500?

This might end-up being a perfect example of how approaching an end-user can be so much more effective than using Sedo and other domain sales platforms which are almost exclusivley frequented by domainers.

I would think this would be a $XXX,XXX name to the right company in the entertainment field.
