Just picked up my first premium name in 6 months.

77,400,000 Google Search Results

23,392 Word Tracker

The name?

Scooter.tv

I was shocked at how high the word tracker was on it. Between that and all the google results, plus because of the price of gas I think more and more people will be looking into the Scooter option.

What do you think? Was it a good reg?

I think this would be a great leads site. With more and more people riding bikes, scooters, and motorcycles it does not amaze me to see those stats.

Richard, I think you have great instincts and alot of great names. I just don't see this one as worth it IMO. It is far from my niche and yours even. I think the good stats come from a different kind of scooter than you were thinking, its from kids looking up those stupid little Razor scooters that you push with your leg...

You know whats really funny, is estibot claims this domain is worth $25,000 - LOL that is the funniest thing i have ever heard, this is exactly why you cant trust appraisals, especially by automation. It does have some decent stats,

Excellent domain in my opinion ... I was searching for an electric scooter and

went through dozens of youtube videos to see how others bought and used

theirs. If you develop it to a useful site it should pay for itself many times.

I think that this product is the type that people would want to watch videos about before buying since it is not an inexpensive item, yet it is an item that I think people would buy on the net. Do a search for scooter on Amazon.com and you will see many different options and price points.

Fuel will continue to rise in price until, if and when, a decent alternative to oil hits the market at mass production scale. This form of transportation will get very popular, as it is highly fuel efficent. Also has the advantage of being applicable to motorized and non-motorized devices, both of which have a market. Lends itself well to video comparison shopping as its a fairly high end, but not unobtainable, product.

Nice name in a field with good growth potential, the $500 premium fee seems a bit steep to me but shouldnt be hard to make back.

There is also another kind of scooter that also has big growth/profit potential - scooters for old/impaired people.

My kids, and half of Europe are into jumpstyle music - led by the number one album charting band in UK, Germany, Holland, etc etc - Scooter.

I know it's not the vehicle, but it shows another possible outlet for the name.
