Kam, if you have something in mind for this domain and the name fit's the bill then obviously it is a good choice. Personally, from a reseller's point of view, I would not be willing to pay the $500/yr reg fee.
I believe in the saying "One man's trash is another man's treasure" and maybe you can do something with this to make it a "Treasure".... I'm just not sure I could.

I would have to agree with Len. To a reseller, personally, I don't see it worth the investment only. At that price it is more suited to a developer that has clear development plans for the name IMO.
It's not worth Premium renewal if you have bought to resell. IMHO
