Giles, you can put up a minisite, make your reg fee back quickly and at least get google started, see my sig sites, (my reg fees are already paid for in less than a month), try to age the domains a bit...then later pay for more intensive development...

I am not much of a developer, I used to have mate who did the developing for me but he has moved out of the industry and moved to Sydney...damn
When you say minisite, do you just mean a basic site with a bit of content, just as long as its "live".......could you just point me in the right direction, maybe there is a thread on this in the noob section for this
