Could be a good one for development. As for value, I would say the "e" really kills the value of it, I would say around the reg fee mark.

There are just too many "e" and "i" domains still available in .TV, this domain would be around regfee for reselling, unless by a miraculous chance an enduser chooses to use it for their project.
