Thumbs down .Mobi Expiring Names Not Dropping

Supposely there is a website with a list of a bunch of expired .mobi domains that didnt dropped. I have searched and found no posts on this topic.

As, I want to buy an expired .mobi domain that expired in December of 2011 but didnt drop, who do I contact? Who is the official mobi registry??

Anyone had similar problesm and how this situation is being handled.

That was the website I was referring to, I try to contact the registry and see if they reply.
