Do these domains carry and potential value?

I'm too mobi investor, but I think presently market is not great so better we consider this domains as investment for couple of years more untill the market opens up.

Yes, the best value right now is if you can think of a way to use the names yourself.
If you have no ideas then they are not worth much but a good idea could pay off nicely.

Two of your domains are Spanish words that are misspelled. Texas Baseball might be worth developing.

Vibrant .mobi markets exist elsewhere on other forums, but these names are still weak. It would be worth studying the market

I'm sorry but there is no "vibrant" market for these names, prices are down 75% from the peak.

You are right. For these names there is no vibrant market.
However, for .mobi in general, people with solid names are doing just fine; I'll admit that those with poor names have less chance than ever. Good luck with your domains.
