but to show what a nice guy i am i am willing to buy all 4 letter dictionary mobis for a generous $5 each, and $6 for 3 letter dictionary words......
i think that the title is the headline that we all fear somewhere in the back of our minds... now that you have seen it, you can release the fear - as it is Not going to happen....
nowhere else has business ever been at the mercy of the whims of every Tom, Dick, and Harry with an opinion and a keyboard as we find ourselves in today.
in a way good, in another bad. in the past there were "respected sources" of information... ( but they too were biased at times )
now we have to sift thru robot generated blogs to try and grasp what the true public opinion is about anything. The news media, to me, is not nearly as unbiased as i thought it was (here in the usa) when i was a young man. so who do you believe?
I bet this questions has been asked many times, but with new software development wont it not matter whether you have a .mobi or a .com, either way you will always be able to view the web on your pda? So on saying that wont it mean there wont be much use for a .mobi.....??

Just read a few more forums, and the way I now see it is .mobi is bit like .tv
.mobi- marketed towards mobile/on the go web sites & (software ensure we can view any site on a mobile)
.tv marketed as videocentric sites
Before reading the forums I thought mobi would die, although now I believe there is future for mobi. Only now I think differently as to why it was developed!

it has been argued to death in a thread a mile long... it really wasnt my intent to rekindle that thread as much as to make fun of the whole concept of telling the future....
to me-
i started off with a TOP OF THE LINE computer with a 640x480 (700$) monitor.... i couldnt even open windows up and do anything today with that same monitor.... perhaps we can make super resolution "mini monitors" but us old folks can only see so good (ie not very good).... so to me an optimized simple site is all that i can handle on a tiny "mobi" screen... i think mobi is here to stay... i surely hope so any way as i spent every last dime i have on mobi...
(except i did by mobideath.com, so if mobi does die at least ill get a little something out of it for having a great "history of the death of mobi" site....)
i poke a little fun and hint that the Pope is buying mobi domains and the mobi death site gets a number one position with google 3days after its creation....

AdSense for Mobile is relatively new, and means you can start making $$$ with your mobis with just a little dev work.
yeah, it was supposed to be... if you dont get it then it probably means that my sleep deprived mind thought it was at the time...
everyone keeps fighting over mobi living or not, and since it seems fairly clear that it will survive, then this was meant in parody... if jackass can strap porkchops to his ass for crocodiles to bite at and have people laugh i figure anything goes anymore.... if i offended you somehow i apologize.
