The fact that Rick is acknowledging that the .mobi market "continues to be strong" just goes to show that the market is dictating the reality of how this extension is doing.

I am now selling names that I hand reg'd last year for 4 to 10 times the cost of the registration. Although in the scheme of things this is small potatoes, it just goes to show that values are increasing at a pretty nice clip as time is going by.

It will be interesting to see how much property.mobi actually sells for. I think it will be higher than the infamous "flowers.mobi", JMHO.

Realestate.mobi sold for $85,000 and the term is much more used than property (by a factor of around 8 times according to wordtracker).

not sure how the global searches go, but as a Brit i prefer property everytime
we dont use the term realestate really.
i appreciate the US use it and that is the biggest market

what term do Canadians, Aussies use? would be interested

plus i love 'property' as it is all encompassing, everything you own is your 'property'

for me Rick did the best deal of all time. Property.com was imo the biggest steal ever at $750k
Basically he traded ireport.com for property.com
Just amazing

We generally say: 'Real Estate' in Aussie, arnie.....although, we refer to, say, 'property deals', too...
