Well, it is about two hours befor the end of the sedo Auctions and I am contimplating on how far i am willing to go on the names i want.

Questions running through my mind....are all the questions we have been asking all along. Will .mobi be widly used and promoted as the mobile internet expands.

There is no question as to if the mobile internet is going to be huge. it will.....But will.mobi be a big part of it.

Anyone want to give me some validation befor I place my final bids

i'll pm you the names i think are worth bidding on looking at the present numbers. that's the best i can do at this point. there is no present guarantee the mainstream public will use .mobi. it really really really looks like some will, but we have not see that in fact today.

The way I see it, there's been plenty of time to do your homework on this subject. There have been thousands of pro's and con's thrown around this board the past year.

The decision to invest is always a scary one. The greater the risk..the higher the potential reward.

Is mobi a shoe-in to be a sure fire winner? Nobody knows yet.

The big question would be how would you feel in a couple of years thinking "I knew I should have". And that goes both ways

Any one of us can spend your money. Only you can live with the results

For what it's worth, MHO is that at these prices it would be extremely difficult to go wrong buying a quality keyword with good search volumes and good PPC rates.

Extremely difficult.

I always recommend people compare the opportunity cost of the investment instead of solely the amount of money involved. I still kick myself for missing out on the .mobi landrush despite having all the facts upfront. If you're confident in .mobi, don't let my story become yours.

edit: Books.mobi just jumped from 9k to 13k and hit it's reserve

Well the bidding is over for me put in 25k and got out bit by 11k on the name i wanted..

At least I know i wasn't off on my bid thinking...
