Limited audience for that. There are a lot of non-English geo's still available. I would say reg fee right now.

As a native French speaker, I can tell you that it is rarely referred to as such. Unlike many native English speakers who may use UK and England interchangably, French speakers refer to England as Angleterre and rarely refer to the United Kingdom, rather they refer to it's constituent countries.
