There seems to be lots of lowered .mobi reg pricing lately. I suspect mtld has dropped their prices. I think wholesale pricing was around $8 when the general registration started. It's probably $6 or less now.

Great again, I reged one yesterday. Also I remember those $60 per reg days last year. Ouch but worth it

I maxed out my brand new credit card within 2 weeks, But I am not sad

Two things on this:

1. No discount codes seem to work with the 7.50 reg.
2. The 7.50 doesn't apply to the second year. Reg for 2 years, and you pay regular price for the 2nd year.

I'm assuming that because of #2 the $7.50 wouldn't work for renewals of existing domains in your account.

Has anyone tried to renew a domain with this $7.50 offer?

GoDaddy tends to put things on sale for a month or so, then brings them back down. If you can't get the second year at the same price, might be best to buy while the buying's good.

Great news

I saw this earlier today while going into my Godaddy account to see how my names had performed... Hopefully Godaddy will make this the standard price soon (or at least for members of their domain club). If they do, it's going to save me a good grand, so it'll be a good day
