possible tradmark problems are probly not worth it, I too couldnt resist the tempation of reggin a good mobi last year when I searched for the trademark I found no refrence any where, but sure enought I recieved a letter requesting that the domain be transfered to a large company and they offered me a small sum.
Just curious what exactly companies do if they find out you have registered some domain that have there name in it. Do they like sue you right away or they talk it our firts or something?
As usual, they email you for most cases or posted an threat letter with an small amount to offer for the domain.
Usually, most of the cases are to ignore it. If you unsatisfy with the terms. It waste of times to reply.
It complicated to file for domain disputes and expensive at least USD1000 for direct judgement. Other domainers will probably purchase the domain from you under same small amounts immediately.
So they do offer you some money well atleast its not that they send you to jail or send you big fine. There is some nice name in .TV extension i want but i checked at some website its trade mark as in "nameTV" . So i was wondering if i should register it or not this is like the second domain i like which have TM issue by the way i would like some suggestions on this matter though
