Not seeing a spike. Just very regular and consistent traffic for ones that been there awhile.

Newer ones added are zilch but they all were until it seemed to have gotten onto some SE.
I did see a couple of freaky spikes on the IDN names I have at ND.
Most frustrating are the domains getting thousands in traffic but no CTR. That is the biggest bomb. No matter what I try or keywords entered, it just ain't happening. Most appears to be asian and I am entering the keywords search terms entered by users but still nothing.
Overall, I'm okay with the traffic on the .mobi. It is being searched which is also helping to bring some recognition to the extension.
I have not seen a big increase this month. I am seeing about the same as last month. It's hard to compare as I have some new ones that haven't been picked up by the SE system yet and had a couple that were top-runners last month at another service. Those 2 were in my top 3 last month and that really skews y umbers. I ran numbers from the May 1-19 VS June 1-19
May- 308 views / 30 clicks
June- 220 views / 48 clicks
More clicks, but smaller avg PPC....
I've seen it at Sedo recently. Had virtually no hits on my parked domains for a while, and then all of a sudden got quite a few plus a constant trickle now, and were all on .mobis. This also happened a few months ago and it was commented on on the Sedo forum (before it closed down!).

It's not just a mobi thing. My non mobi domains at sedo overall are getting and increase in traffic but a lower CTR bring the overall percentage down but revenue remaining consistent. Mobi's at ND still pretty consistent with a slight increase in traffic = decrease in CTR %.
