When she died she was buried in the old churchyard that later became the Bank's garden, and her ghost has been seen on many occasions in the past.

You would not have to, you could just sign up as an affiliate to a porn provider and just use their "mature women" content. Sure you would have to split the profits but you would only have to develope and let it go from there. Porn is huge on the web and I don't see it being different on the mobile web. Maybe it will even be bigger because people will be able to hide their bad habits easier using their phone than on a pc.

You are definitely right on with that. Those of us who own adult domains already know it is a good thing, and .mobi hasn't even begun to catch on yet. I don't know about anyone else, but I'm regging adult domains almost daily for this very reason.

Well, my opinion is that you could TURN it into an adult domain. That doesn't mean that people searching for "old lady" are necessarily looking for old lady porn.
