I was impressed with the search features of their site. Unlike the pc based MLS search where you have can put in 100 different criteria, their site simply asks for the address, zip, MLS#, or subdivision.

It would be great if I'm driving around and find a subdivision that I might like to live in I can simple enter it and pull up every home for sale.
