Looking for a good developer!!!

Hello if you are a good developer I need a job done, i'm not too good with mysql etc but what i'm after is a 5/5 compliant site where you can upload mobile videos really the same as youtube etc but completely mobile orientated.

I don't have a massive budget

so don't expect masses of cash but I can take some parts of the task on myself like the main structure etc, it's just coding scripts and implimenting them is my problem!

If your the man/woman for the job please don't hesitate to PM me ask some questions and hit me with that cheap as chips quotation!!

This job hasn't got to be done straight away but i would like to get a shift on, earlier the better really! Oh and if you could design a nice logo for UMV.mobi (Upload Mobile Video .mobi) that would be cool too!
