More traffic to undeveloped mobis

During the past few weeks I have seen a heavy increase of traffic on some of my undeveloped parked domains, and I'm wondering if you have experienced anything similar?

Let's take for example net-movie.mobi

It is getting nearly 100 unique visitors in average per day (statistics in last 14 days).

That's very good question. I really want to know the answer too. One thing I guess is that parked domains may be optimized better for search engine.

I see that the major part of the traffic is coming from Ireland. I have a feeling this might have something to do with the fact that the mTld is based in Dublin, but I'm not sure.

something strange has to be going on. no way a name like net-movie.mobi would get 100 uniqes per day. Even the .com probably doesnt get close to 100 uniques per day.

net-movie looks like it is parked at sedo. What does a fabulous .mobi parking page look like?

Agree, unless someone is redirecting/generating traffic to it.

Actually there are a total of 8 nameservers being configured for this domain, 2 of them being Sedo. You might take a look at mobisec.mobi to see what a Fabulous .mobi parking page may look like.
I recently changed the nameservers to point to Fabulous nameservers, please allow a few hours for the nameserver change to fully propagate throughout the Internet.
