PC & Mobile ready .mobi site - opinions please

The website was launched earlier for PC. Now we have launched the mobile site also with auto re-direction. So if you are using phones you will go to the mobile site from any pages of the website, while if you browse from PC or Laptop you will go to the PC site.

Just wanted some expert opinions on if the site and re-direction is correctly done, how does the site re-direction affect SEO, and if it is working properly in all mobile sets.

The site is PR-5 with a Alexa rank of 160K.

You know I'm almost always listening

The site came up on my my phone just fine, and it scores 5/5 at ready.mobi, well done! Unfortunately my phone won't let me watch any video clips, maybe offer some still shots to tempt me instead.

I haven't heard much yet in regards to redirects and the effect on SEO. Trying to learn more about that myself as my sites are going to be using WURFL to offer content in various mobile sizes. Perhaps only empirical information over time will educate us on the matter.

Cool... I saw the score too... I have kept 3gp clips as that format is quite popular among modern handsets... the website accepts nearly 35 video formats and converts all to 3gp... also I stayed away from thumbnails as it takes time to laod.... why not visit the site from your pc in a different window and check some of the clips

after all a thumbnail and a clip is a different a lime and a ... ( u know better)
