DevilDogs.mobi and Parables.mobi

Do you feel these have good potential for mobile site development? How about aftermarket sales?

Thanks Binary. I am definitely planning on keeping and developing DevilDogs.mobi, to pay my respects to the Marine Corps. Parables.mobi is still a toss up for me, but I don't think development would be too hard considering the wealth of examples of the Parables of Jesus available on Wikipedia and other sites.

You could be right there. I have no idea actually how many people look up info concerning Jesus on their mobile. That said I look up stuff about our Lord quite frequently on my (Mac)

i owned parables and threw it back because i couldn't think of a mobile application

maybe something like bible verses for emotional support

but wouldn't bibleverse.mobi or biblethoughts.mobi be better for that or even jesussaid.mobi

i couldn't get a really good idea ...... the dot com is parked which is not a good sign

I have always been in the camp that believes that just about anything can be developed into a website that brings a message about that subject to whatever device the user happens to have at the moment. A handful of types of names jump out at everyone as being "perfect for mobile". Probably another few dozen can be easily explained as viable for the mobile web. And then there are thousands of other subject areas that many someones, somewhere in the world are searching for information. With the emergence of the mobile web, many, many terms will be valuable.
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/dot-mobi/331129-devildogs-mobi-and-parables-mobi.html

The dot coms are just used as parked pages 80% of the time one searches using a term, one-word, two-word, or more. That fact alone does not determine the value of a name, at all.

If you find a term or terms which you know something about and have a passion for, build out the site over time and it can become a valuable piece of internet property. If you're interested in a quick flip, then you have to choose more carefully as there is a sizeable market for good names but a lesser one for brandables, and narrower one for very specific terms or topics.

I prefer "parables" of the two mentioned in the OP.

i absolutely agree ...development always trumps type-in value ...... google.com is worth a lot more than sex.com
