   | problems with registerdub.com????????? Ok I own many names that I registered with registerdub.com. Now they are owned by someone else and there support sends you to a e-mail dubcanada@gmail.com. I e-mailed this e-mail weeks ago and got no response? ????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/dot-mobi/331002-problems-with-registerdub-com.html The new account managment system does not even allow me to view the names I own that are registered at registerdub.com??? I can view the last 10 names i registered but thats it? There is no way that I can only view my last 10 names is there? I want to be able to see a list like I can on ever other registrar where I know what names are there. I know Inod used to own this site when it was good but now I am worried I will not ever be able to manage my names properly that are here. Can anyone help? Thanks CC |

 | Registerdub is a Directi reseller I believe. If so, then your domains are really with Directi, regardless of who owns Registerdub. I have no domains there, but I do have some at another Directi reseller, probably the websites are similar, there are many including bigger domain registrars that use this software. The trick is to go to your account page. Where it says "search domains" click it without putting anything in the search box. Or where it says "search for domains expiring in ______ days" put 2000 in the box and it will show all your domains unless you have some regged for longer than that. It is a dumb system, but lots of companies use it. |

   | Hi bosstone, I ran into this problem myself with RegisterDub although I was able to change the contact info for my domains back to my info. Also, I had domains end up in my account again that I had sold and pushed months ago. I suggest you PM iNod and ask for help. I believe he still works with RegisterDub as he helped me with my account recently. Take care, - Bones
