![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Could you "appraise" a Dot Com in 1994? Take a look at this formula.. it is a subjective pioneering Dot Mobi "quote" structure.. subjective means this is personal.. you have the right to be subjective because you parting with it means you are moving from one dream with the next.. up towards your Jack of the BeanStalk.. (ideally, if there are no drastic unexpected costs) ????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/dot-mobi/329049-could-you-appraise-dot-com-1994-a.html Take your best 4 Dot Mobi domain names (or, buy them in the aftermarket) 4th place = $X,XXX 3rd place = $XX,XXX 2nd place = $XXX,XXX 1st place = $X,XXX,XXX Don't settle for anything but the highest dreams living in your reality.. There may be no time frame, rank your top 4 .. and if you get an offer on any of the top 4 in this range, AT THIS TIME, then you can see what you have left for your life if you take it.. Throw that linear mathbook out the window! The selling/quoting of one domain name is different than "appraising" because "quotes" take into consideration whether its your best, or among your best, for going further with your dreams.. ------- Dot Mobi and the internet revolution folks.. unprecdented.. Yoda gives mankind the internet Lifesaver to be his weapon at his side at all times.. How to appraise a dot mobi? Well, for someone's best.. it's like trying to appraise their most favorite childhood possession or trying to appraise their dream.. you can't "appraise".. we will give "the quote".. ..in these pioneering days of the Mobile Internet Revolution Kind Regards, Yelo

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I wouldn't quite go that far... But your original statement is correct -- it's very difficult, if not impossible to accurately estimate the value of a quality .mobi currently, nevermind estimating how much you should add on top of your perceived current value due to unforseen circumstances which could potentially make your name immensely valuable in the future (i.e. if .mobi takes off). But to suggest everyone should value their best name as $X,XXX,XXX is a bit far-fetched IMO. From the names I've seen which people have here, on Dotmobiz, and elsewhere, I'd ballpark that there are no more than 10 names held by domainers which would be worth $X,XXX,XXX even in dotcom. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Beyond Time The x's are meant to represent "adding another placeholder" to your life.. the above formula is with NO TIMEFRAME Didn't we just see a dotcom sell for almost xx,xxx, xxx .. now.. in 13-15 years of Dot Mobi, could we reasonable expect all time records in domaining to be eclipsed? Now, if that name is even close, one day, to 100,000 can't it be good enough to reach 1,000,000 retained and DEVELOPED throughout all those years on that same day? Add that extra place holder in your mind, to hold on to that dream.. ..for your best Kind Regards, Yelo
