Found this on the ultimate Mobile rss search engine: mFeeds.mobi
(the site is still under construction and we working on a .mobi compliant search engine)

That is spectacular news. They are a monster of a financial group for the entire world and financial markets often times funding IPO's. This is going to make the other global funds, banks, and financial institutions take note. Most importantly, the financial markets like Wall Street.

Tremendous and very positive news on the mobi front!

I was thinking the same thing. Perhaps one is to be the German Banking side of business whereas the other is going to be the investment capital side and perhaps more international.

Either way, a very big international banking institution going mobi and tremendous news.

In Germany its very common to use a hyphen. The best example is Urlaub-Mit-Hund.eu . It sold for 5,776 USD a couple of weeks after the launch of .eu.

Here in Australia, all four major banks have their .mobi adresses, they are: ANZ.mobi, COMMBANK.mobi, NAB.mobi, WESTPAC.mobi. The ANZ forwards to their.mobi to their .com site ATM.

And for those who don't now yet, there's ING.mobi (not Australian, but relates to the thread! of big banks getting on-board!)

If they have not changed the name during the re-structuring, by all means hang onto it. A major player in retirement funds, insurance, annuties, etc.

CAUTION:If you are parking it, do not include anything to do with financial markets or banking industry. This will give them cause to come after it. Use totally off the wall stuff like Children's Literature.

If they want it, they will come after it. Do not approach them. They know how to find you if they want it.

Consider developing right away to validate you usage (Universal Fun Games) or something to that effect.

Y'all, I am telling you right now that this is the biggest news yet. These two international financial groups just made mobi happen. Forget the flowers sale and all the others.

These are the powerhouses that have the capital to push their .mobi site. They will make .mobi a household word quicker than BMW, NBA, SAS, or any of the others.

This is a catalyst that is going to fuel this growth and spread it in a hurry. By promoting their .mobi they help create the .mobi presence and awareness that no one else yet has achieved. This is Baby Boomer action that controls the wealth of the globe. Yes, the younger generation are very tech saavy and always on the damn cell.

But it is Baby Boomers that run most of the Fortune 500 companies as well as control a great deal of international growth, wealth, and commerce. Not to mention being tech savvy themselves but also employing millions of techies worldwide.

Mobi has just been introduced.

Time to ride on their coattails.
