It's nice for other NP members to put available names. However, I feel that there are not anymore names for short term resale at this stage.

It's just a tought, but if people start to go overbroad and go on regging decent names and want to hold them for the long terms without developping, I feel it could be bad for development. Why would someone turn to mobi to develop if he is not able to find a decent name anymore? I'm not discussing these particular names, but if names have only value if developed why not let the guy who has the idea to reg it? I know you try to help fellow NP members, but it's just a thought I wanted to share.

You certainly make a valid point. I myself will not be posting any more "Available" from now on. Now if others will follow your suggestion too. Possibly the "AVAILABLE MOBI'S" thread should be closed too. Might be a bit late though as at this stage most really good names are gone imo.

There are very few gems left for reg. I found a true 20K overture with google ads yesterday after 8 hours of searching. My only reg, I'm lucky if I get one per day.

I still have a few good brandable domains I'd like to reg, shame I don't have a partner here in the UK to help me snap them up.

I stopped posting available domains some time back, mainly because lurkers register them before NP forum members have chance to. I suppose you could argue that registering 'everything and anything' creates a shortage of good domains and that in turn fuels the market prices, so I don't mind people doing it.

So pray tell Garrett... what did you reg then? If you regged it you can divulge it cant you? No-one else can grab it from you.

It certainly does indeed, but I would expect this having more of a short-term effect....I don't realy mind, I have not developped any name yet, thus I'm not suggesting what people should do or not. Just a thought or a question.
