The first time I have seen mobi on T.V.

I just caught a brief look at the end of an ad for something called Treo and the final shot said MOBITV.Has anyone else seen this ad or any other television advertisements that have .mobi in them? I have a few .mobis and I will feel much better when I see some mass media advertisements for the .mobi domain.

it wasn't .mobi - it was mobitv, as you said ... 2 different things, but closely related

expect mass .mobi advertising in about 9 months

Can you tell us why or how you know it will be in 9 months?

I have seen adverts on tv for http://www.mobitv.com/ who are running a competition to win a treo and a year's subscription to mobitv, but nothing for .mobi as yet.

I have seen commercials for ring tones by glomobi ,but not sure if it is dot mobi.

don't 'know', but i would suspect that since they are looking to make sure sites are .mobi compliant in about 6 months, give the developers some time to make corrections by then they can feel confident that there will be enough sites working properly to mass promote the brand.
