My nightmare on WEBSITE.IN!

Yesterday, I was in nightmare on website.in twice, and once again today!

I payed for the names, and they didn't register them to me;
They charged me, and then stopping on the payment page and do nothing!

Today, they charged me successfully, but returned an failed page. So I repayed. When I check my bank account, I found they charged me twice, but no names in my account!

Ashamed to their technology!

Have you checked the main whois at http://pc.mtld.mobi/whois/index.php to be sure the names weren't registered?

Sorry that you have had a bad experience, I haven't had this particular problem with them.

i have to agree with scan .. ive regged 100 mobis in the past week ..no problems ever. i know that your CC will get billed twice for every name .. 1st your billed for transaction fee then 2nd. 3 days later the $8.99 is actually charged to your credit card. but they are very fast regging the names. has a matter of fact the names are always in the whois data days before they actually charge my credit card so i dont understand what happened with you? you do have to purchase another 4.99 package so your can manage domain names there .. otherwise the names dont appear to be in your account

Thank you Rob.

I rechecked my bank account, the fund first charged has been refunded.
And the names came to my account.

There seems no problem for this transaction.

But waiting for refund for yesterday's charge...
(I called my bank, no refund yesterday)

You are lucky.
I waited about an hour last night and no reply.
Then I turned to Godaddy.

Curious how they build such a weak system?
A domain registration system is too difficult?

Child Abuse
I have about 300+ names registered with whiz.in. They have an occasional slow day and they do upgrades , but I have NEVER *knocks on wood* had any issues like the ones you all are talking abuot.
They are fast, friendly and I get every name I request. My whois is updated in seconds. I can run a scan for the names, find available names, put them in whiz, pay and check again immediately and my whois is there.

www.whiz.in. Great site!

Website.in are a reseller with ResellerClub.com

ResellerClub's technology is really pretty buggy and often times out or shows errors.

OK, now what happened to website.in. Their site now forwards to answerable.com. Did they sell or were they hijacked? What the heck is going on?

Wow, almost 200 domains reged with them and I never got it. I just got off the phone with them and I'm trying to get them to send me something confirming the name change. I won't enter my login info w/out it.

Ok

Ok Here's the deal with website.in

What you said does happen, it happens to us all, when you pay with CC or PayPal. Always check whois to make sure the transaction didn't "stop" before the actual registration.

I figured out a way around it though, this has never happened to me when I used "Add funds". So, Add funds first, to be sure, with CC or PayPal.. then use balance to pay for purchase.,

Hey for $8.99 and always lively phone supports.. I'll take it

Kind Regards,

Yelo
