The only thing with motorola razr is the battery you would probably need a new one in less than 6 months!

I have this phone. My girlfriend has the regular razr and this phone is a world of a difference.
It uses 3G or cingular's edge network, and its lightening fast compared to every other phone I've used. The phone never gets hung up on any applications either. When you press end or stop the phone will exit out immediately. Every feature in the phone is amazing.
I have the unlimited data plan and it was well worth it. I check my AOL and Yahoo email a few times an hour. It alerts me (similar to a text message) when I've received mail. Unless you are viewing Mobi sites browsing on the net is a little tedious. I put up with it though so I can see my important auctions going on at sedo or posts here at namepros.
The phone also supports a full mp3 player so I bought a 2gb micro sd card and a usb to 3mm heaphone jack and now the phone is my mp3 player aswell.
Battery life isn't too bad on the phone. I keep it charged for 2 hours and it's good to go for the whole day.

As long as the .mobi browsing works, that fine with me. I need a phone to test my .mobi sites on. I don't like any of the smartphones available for cingular, so I saw this one. I have the regular razr v3 right now and its ok, but its not a 3g phone and the browsing sucks.
Thanks for the replies

Mobi browsing on this phone is fantastic. Mobi pages fit very nicely on it.

Does it still have that ugly generic font from the old cingular razr's (like the v3)?

I think the font is the same, I don't remember that standing out as being something good or bad to me.
Check out the phone for yourself, it's pretty cool.
