Lowball offer for RemoteAccess.mobi - take it?

I got what I consider to be a lowball offer for remoteaccess.mobi (high $xxx). The email is from a free email service (gmail) so I have no way to tell if it's an end-user though there are lots of end-users in the remote access biz; most widely-known being gotomypc.com

Take it? Thoughts? I've always considered this to be one of my most marketable to end-users .mobis.

I don't do any remote access stuff myself but the concept seems like a beautiful fit for .mobi.

What would you consider a current fair price?

Remote access is pretty generic and could refer to a lot of technologies. Logmein.com and gotomypc.com are examples of Internet based remote control services. Other companies that might be interested in this are Symantec (PCAnywhere) or Real VNC. Also VPN solution providers like Cisco, Nortel, and Citrix could market their products with those keywords. Citrix owns gotomypc.com, so they could use it for either their VPN solution or gotomypc.

I think that remote access from a mobile device will be practical in the near future, so this domain could be worth more than high $XXX.

Thanks, my thoughts too. With the increasing functionality of handheld pcs, I can see people accessing their work pc's remotely from handhelds soon. If you happen to listen to XM radio, gotomypc.com advertises remote access like crazy because most xm listeners are mobile.

they are certainly doing it now from their palms which will certainly be big users of the mobi domain

go here: http://www.win-hand.com/ to see an application of remote access via handhelds that is here and now

hold put for at least double or sell it to me for 50 bucks, the choice is yours ...
