The first thing that comes to my mind is obviously the show. A site related to the city of Beverly Hills that could help people find the locations of where the stars live would be cool.

I'm sure there are many many people that would love to own this nnnnn.mobi (including myself) and possably the most valuable one of all of them imo.

everything about it including the town itself reaks with money and could potentially start a major bidding war if it was ever auctioned.

Lot's of vanity in that town and would appeal to several types of people/businesses loaded with cash.

are you planning on developing it?

I'm not sure what I'm gonna do. I'm working on invest.mobi currently.
But I see alot of potential for 90210 as it is very well recognized.

I'm not surprised by the TM's, it's a popular zip code. I like netzilla's idea of a homes of the rich and famous tour site.

Funny, I was just thinking the other day that some lucky sob picked that up. It's a no brainer. Likely the most well recognized zip code in the US. No doubt it will be worth lots if this domain mainstreams. I wouldn't worry about TM so much. It is a zip code and I don't see much in the way of a challenge to it. I would use it as an info portal to Beverly Hills shopping. $$$$

As mobi is in it's infancy, you keep seeing trickles of light everyday.
I think Big MONEY will be made by mobi developers in the next several years.

I think a mobi start-up would be a good investment.

The latter is very stylised as a logo.

You can tm a logo consisting of numbers or a word consisting of letters and numbers, but I remain to be convinced that pure number sequences can be Trade marked. Find a live number that is not a drawing, logo or non standard character, i.e. the number is marked to one individual or company and I may change my mind.

I'm curious what you mean by "one individual or company"? Marks are for specific commercial uses and it is very common to have multiple marks given for a single term.

There are likely many uses for the 90210.mobi that are both lucrative and do not dilute existing trademarks. If you park the domain, be aware of the advertising so as not to conflict with existing marks.

you cant TM the number or zip code 90210. If someone were to own something like 90210.net and it was a an online shoe store that is TMed then you can still own 90210.mobi you just cant use it to sell shoes online. If someone had 90210.com and it was a site about beverly hills you would still be allowed to make your 90210 site about beverly hills. i dont hink zip code names are worth much know except this one is worth a ton since everyone in the US knows it.

i've never been to the states & automatically know it is the zip of beverley hills. a great mobi. cover your ass & put up a under construction page or something unrelated to any tms also in the style
