I would not admit to reging the domain for that use (G talk). This clears the first hurdle for a WIPO case.

It isn't a bad domain but you would have to develop it as a "Golf" talk forum or a "Girl" talk forum. This shouldn't cost very much and should actually be a very good idea. Let's say that you make it a golf forum. Being that its a mobile site, golfers could chat to other golfers to get advice while they are on the course.

Don't let the domain sit parked or undeveloped. The first time your parking provider places a G**gle ad on the lander you'll be screwed (if G cares).
