Vote for the TOP non-premium, non-reserved .mobi domain name

Following up on my original post about the TOP 10 non-premium, non-reserved .mobi's, and webecri's more recent post about the TOP .mobi portfolios, I'm starting a poll to find out what is the most valuable non-premium, non-reserved .mobi.

To ensure objectivity in the poll options, I selected one-word .mobi's that appeared more than once in my original thread and placed them in alphabetical order.

Feel free to post your justification for your vote.

I would go with gaming.mobi due to its flexible meaning (video games / gambling).

Hehehe...I know what you mean. And you're not the only one with this dilemma...the first 9 votes so far have been for 9 different names! I think everyone's facing the same dilemma.

I had a hard time deciding myself and went for Banking.mobi after re-reading "Korea: Mobile Banking Takes Off" and "Korea Sets Trends in Global Mobile Banking" and imagining what's to come. I think Mobile Banking is going to be one of the mobile internet's Killer Apps.

Gaming.mobi is pretty high up there too, but Gambling.mobi or Games.mobi are each better alternatives, and they're both premium names, so I went for Banking.

DEfinitely Scores.mobi.... the name fits so well for the extension and thats one thing people do all the time while mobile.

It is indeed very difficult. I wish I had all of these names. I voted for Stocks, as I always want to check my stock portofolio when I am on the go, and it is a trillion dollar industry.

Thanks guys for giving me a joint first place with Stocks.mobi This certainly is a good domain, but personally I would say the best one in my portfolio is Pay.mobi as paying by mobile phone is probably going to be the next hot trend.

I would say Loan.mobi or Gaming.mobi are the most valuable. Both industries can be monetized very nicely.

stocks.mobi, simply because nothing is more addictive than watching your money grow while observing the Stockticker that's running on your cellphone.

Now, if i only had stocks....

Tones.mobi, stocks.mobi would make an easy info site, with some text ads, but Tones.mobi would make more, buy and download ringtones directly to your device.

Here's my view:

Call.mobi - probably the most mobile-relevant of all names, but, in practice, has limited use (you don't need to visit the site to place a call on a mobile!)

Gamble.mobi - (gambling is always big, but I don't know how big playing roulette on a 2-inch screen is going to be)

Gaming.mobi - people normally think "games" not gaming (5x more results on google for "games")

Invest.mobi - I don't think anyone is going to do any heavy investing via a 2-inch screen. It has some potential but not the most mobile-relevant use, IMHO.

Loan.mobi - great keyword but, let's face it, no one is going to search for a mortgage on the go on a 2-inch screen. This is the kind of thing you don't rush, you take your time with it from the comfort of your home on your PC (if not in person at the bank). Not mobile-relevant at all, IMHO.

Realty.mobi - like with loan, no one is going to check or buy any real estate on a small screen on the go, they'll take their time and do it on their PC's. Not mobile-relevant.

Scores.mobi - more people follow sports (ie. check scores) than own stocks (ie. check stocks), so I like this one more than Stocks. However, I think watching sports is going to be bigger than checking scores, so I wouldn't classify it as TOP.

Shows.mobi - "shows" normally implies concerts or theatre, which also has a limited market (cinemas/movies is more popular IMHO).

Songs.mobi - huge mobile-relevant industry, especially for the younger crowd, but people normally think "music", not "songs".

Stocks.mobi - checking (and even trading) stocks on the go is going to be big, no doubt, but the term is quite specific and the market and uses limited, so I don't think it will be the TOP mobile internet industry, IMHO.

Tones.mobi - As more and more mobiles that allow you to use any of your saved mp3's as ringtones (like the iPhone) come out, the ringtone market will become more and more unnecessary, so I don't think Tones.mobi should classify as the TOP one.

Banking.mobi - it's the only thing (besides calling) that every single person that owns a mobile phone does in one form or another, and something a mobile-phone will actually facilitate, thus highly mobile-relevant, and hence why it got my vote.

This is all obviously just my honest opinion and view regarding my vote. Hope I've added some food for debate. I more than welcome different points of view.

Your vision is very strict or limited for the most of the names.
Shows may be used not for actual shows, but for the INFO about what is going on
on the Broadway stages or in many other cultural places.

Loans - may show you just the rates and other usefull info
and the like.
Regarding the Scores - let me remind you about regular radio stations. So if i'm on the go
i can turn my small player with radio on and hear about the last football events.
So, IMHO - each name requires proper development , that's all.

Hi teabag, welcome to NP! Don't get me wrong, these are all AMAZING domains and I would do anything to get a hold of any of them! Each and every owner is incredibly lucky to own them. I was just attempting to make a case for why I think Banking.mobi is the most valuable and not the others, that's all.
