If I were you I'd CAREFULLY explore a transaction with the .com owner. They seem to be a perfect fit for the .MOBI suffix. Do your homework though... you don't want any potential squatter flak blowing up in your face. As far as that goes, I'd also make sure you don't park it with any keywords relating to their industry (but then I'm pretty paranoid about that stuff). Others here might have more experience regarding that.
