RaceTrack.mobi

Considering selling RaceTrack.mobi.

OVT: (Dec '06)
- racetrack - 2539
- race track - 26,298

Google:
- racetrack - 4,430,000
- "race track" - 1,480,000
- race track - 31,700,000

I'm thinking a minimum of $2,500 to start an auction, but would like to hear some opinions. Too low, too high, about right. Fire away!

Naturally, feel free to make an offer on Sedo, this could be yours

rosh86 will become famous soon enoughrosh86 will become famous soon enough

Wouldnt have a clue ...

So therefore reg fee unless someone really needs it then id say high $xxx.

Just my opinion as I have not witnessed to many such related domain names.

Hope it helps a bit anyway.

My advice: develop it, but choose which one to start first in your development, so maybe keep it as a later project.

nice name .. it's tough to put a number on as others have said ... but for a track it can be huge so i'd say low $,$$$ to the right buyer. let's say it's a horsetrack ... the hand out all their panphlets and on each at the bottom it says .. 'check results, schedules and more while at the track or away from your cellular phone .. go to racetrack.mobi'

Personally I would contact William Hills / Coral / Ladbrokes and more bookies in the UK, along with any larger owned tracks in the US possibly also Dubai (check out the Dubai Classic) and send them an introduction letter plus the links for the auction Sweet domain! ..

I agree with your development angle, I was thinking along similar lines. It's a great name for racetrack schedules and results (and betting) in general. I also have racebets.mobi which could be the betting link (where legal of course)
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/showthread.php?t=283036

Simple truth: I need more time for development!

Thanks for the leads. I will explore this. You obviously know more about this industry than I do. Thanks for taking a moment to chime in.

Sure you don't want to buy this name and run with it? Sounds like you are a natural.

Tracks are an american term, 'dogtrack' OK but 'racecourse' for horses and 'circuits' for motorsport in the UK. For example Haydock racecourse and Silverstone Circuit

Interesting. Thanks for the heads up. Kind of like I can always spot a UK based travel site because they offer "car hire" instead of "rental cars".
