Well, since we're apparently not worried about humility, I think minemight be up in the top 25 -- although it doesn't have very many of the excellent 1-word domains of the portfolios above, it does have a large number of very good 2- to 3-word .mobis.
But to answer your question, I'd have to give my votes to Colombani or MrRhee for sheer volume (and good names!), but Jeremy may come close, simply for the focused excellence of his portfolio. Of course, there are probably many great portfolios that we have no current knowledge of...
Great protfolios!. It would be intersting to find who among these has the most valued single domain name as well ( after sportsbook.mobi). Maybe they can each post their most valued name.

By "valued," do we mean "personally valued" or truly "most valuable"? The latter would be hard to determine without a sale. The former...well, I guess I'd have to say that I have particularly high hopes for either "shipment(s).mobi" or "savingsbank.mobi," but with gambling domains looking good, it could be one of those.
Hmm, nice list, presume they where all bulk registered and pre ordered . . . just wait for the next domain to be release could make some money next time round.
I like #5 as his investments are smart with a PILE of LLL.mobi's and some strong keyword names. #1 imho has quantity for sure but not quality. There is a lot of dogs in that pile.
Very impressive list, but I also think you favoured quantity over quality in your ranking. Would you rather own 1,000 first-name .com's or just Sex.com? I think you should order them in terms of VALUE, which in turn should be based on mobile phone-relevance, IMHO. Based on mobile phone-relevant value, I would go with either #2 or #4.
I don't know about most valued single domain, but here's my TOP 3 for each portfolio (feel free to comment or make your own TOP list).
I agree with you , I would rather own a valuable xxx.mobi , and I believe I have one, maybe not as valuable as some of these portfolios yet, but it is developed and getting lot of trafiic and making some small money for me and in time, I believe, will have a lot of value.
