it is very suitable to be set as:

2. the gossips around the world
3. the funny things web

I can see now why you might think lottory.mobi is your best!

For information, you need to type in google.com for mobile browsing. Sophisticated sites like those that are run by major corporations will simply detect that you are using a mobile browser and automatically redirect to the subdomain which in this case is m.google.com.

the thing is very simple. If "google.com" think "gougle" is the same as "google", the tradmark "gougle" shall be registered by "google.com." Orelse, do not said " gougle==google".

companies with TM dont have to TM every possible typo cobination. They would stillbe able to take any typo of their main TM name. So Google doesnt have to go out and trademark gooogle, gougle, or anything like that.

Does the phrase "or confusingly similar" mean anything to you.

They can sue you for everything you own if they wish, and to some extent the law obligates them to pursue matters in protection of their TM.
