| NamePros Regular | Missouri Radio station goes "Mobi" A Columbia Missouri radio station kopn has decided to advertise to it's cell phone listeners with updates on their Mobi site. the site is still fairly limited but only 3 months old: http://kopn.mobi Full article: http://www.columbiamissourian.com/ne...y.php?ID=23291 Well the listeners of Kopn will know MOBI. Would be awesome if other radio stations follow suit..... |

| Senior Member | neato.. if even a fraction of the radio stations did this it would be pretty a significant spillover into the general public's knowledge that .mobi exists whats cool about it is they are a radio station and not a domainer/developer... wonder where they heard about .mobi |

| NamePros Regular | Radio station call signs are possibly a fruitful area for LLLL.mobi registration. Most are 4 letter so fit well. Radio probably fits mobiles better than TV IMHO. It is easier to listen on the move rather than watch a small screen. radio stations get worldwide coverage at little cost and development. |

| Account Suspended | that's a tough call as radio station development of mobi sites might have a more indirect impact on value of mobi over thew longrun than the short term gains of flipping the llll names. Quote:
