I have developed a new tool to generate the .mobi pages with RSS feed and PPC ads.
The main features are:

1. Make unlimited pages.
2. You can change the look and feel of the site to suit your need.
3. RSS feed is stored/cached on your server for faster page loading.
4. The pages contents are updated every 2 hours.
5. RSS link problem reporting.
6. Space for admob.com or adbright.com ads at top and bottom on your site.
7. Space for your own content/menu on top and bottom.

Now, in place of parking your domain, you can put content and ad links. Always changing/updaing content helps with search engine ranking as well.

I have used the same tool to genearte news section at news.dir.mobi in 10 mins.

Give it a try yourself at magic.dir.mobi. Use a different file name for the "Name of the page to create" when using the tool. Use your name for the page, so that it generates a unique page for you. Let me know if you find any problems or you have some suggestions.

Just like to say that you are doing a great job for .mobi. I hope that magic.dir.mobi is a huge success and priced competitively it should be.

Perhaps if interested developers posted or PM'ed their interest it could guide your expected release price. I will do so here.

We need to get the majority of .mobi's developed - a task for the Christmas holidays in my case - a template certainly helps this. It would be nice however if some other original non RSS sites were developed also.

Andy, you speak my mind. I could not sleep properly yesterday thinking about the pricing model. I am a developer and not a marketing guy, so not very good at this. I consider dir.mobi to be community driven and always consider NPr's as the partners in developing dir.mobi. I would like NPr's to drive this issue as well.

I was looking at all the options so that we all can benifit from this tools.
Two options I am considering right now:

1. Free parked pages and hosted at magic.dir.mobi: With this option you can chose the top ad and the bottom ad space will me mine on all the pages generated by the tool.

2. Paid parked pages at magic.dir.mobi: In this option you have control over top and bottom ad space. Plus listing in the featured section of dir.mobi , plus google RSS feed( with photos) option. I am not sure how much to charge per month for this service.

I would like to start a poll to see how many people prefer option 1 and option 2 and how much people are willing to pay for option2.

If someone has some other suggestions then please let us know.

I will start the poll if everyone interested and NP admin's are OK with it.

I would like to basically have what you have up right now but allow user accounts and allow people to store or save the info for easy editing.

Basically just that with more functionality. I would pay for that and option 2.

I would pay a 1 time $10 fee for a better version of the free tool you have up now. For option 2, I'm not sure how much I'd pay.

It's not much, but so far I have had 40 visitors and 7 clicks on my Sweat.mobi which was made completely with the free tool. I've made 45 cents so far.

I can't imagine how much I'll make once the final tools come out. I can spend some real time designing the site, make a nice Logo, and I will spend money advertising it on the Admob network.

But basically right now all I have is 1 RSS feed and 2 Admob advertisements running on it.

For a site that only took 10 minutes to make that made 10 times more money in a day then it did just being parked for 3 months. I think that's good.

Good work again. Everyone should use this tool and put some more value into their Mobi names

Thanks thinking1 for your comments and it's great to see your admob ads are getting some clicks. I have added the admob to dir.mobi and will see how it goes.

About the tool, I am working on your suggestions on having user's account and will have it ready in couple of days.

For pricing, as I mentioned in my eairler post, will depend on what NPr's drive it to. I am open to all suggestions and will decide based on everone's opinion. So, please post your commnets and suggestions on the tool and pricing.
