Fraudulent registrations during the Sunrise Registration Period?

Hi,

Are these registrations legal?
360.mobi registered by trade mark '360 Youth' ,
ForRent.mobi registered by trade mark 'For-Rent'.

It seems they obey the rule?

Your thoughts?

Frank

ForRent = yes

360 = how the hell does 360 have anything to do with 360 youth? -_-

Not really. There are tons of Fraudulent applications and names registered. youtube.mobi for example and 360.mobi, etc.

The term 360 is a number and cannot really be trademarked as it is a circle.

It seems that, trade mark 'For rent' could register ForRent.mobi or For-Rent.mobi.

But could trade mark 'For-rent' register ForRent.mobi?
