Is this a premium domain or a garbage??

ePakistan.mobi

For comparison, ePakistan.com seems to be an active ecommerce website... Google returns more links for "ePakistan.com" than for "eIndia.com".

It's garbage. You know there is crazy speculation when people start ordering eXXXX domains for a TLD that is far from becoming a standard for portable phones, if ever. With the exception of maybe a few dozen big eXXXX sites (ex: ebay, etrade) the whole ething never really took off after the boom.

keep in mind that on a cell phone no one will bother using caps, so your domain will look like epakistan.com

Ease up on the registration trigger and best of luck

Third World Education
Garbage, IMO. I can't see anyone possibly wanting this domain besides the owners of ePakistan.com/net, etc... (if they even know what .mobi is) ... so give them a try.

I wouldn't be so categorical... eIndia.mobi is featured on MTLD.mobi (that is .mobi founding organization's website): http://showcase.mtld.mobi/information.html

Like Tony mentioned above, ePakistan.com seems to be more popular than eIndia.com. So ePakistan.mobi should have value no less than eIndia.mobi IMO.

Garbage.
Whilst mobi is a very nice extension, e Names are not popular on any platform.

Can you develop it for me, and after it is developed, how much would you estimate its price (roughly)?

Well, American has qute established relationships with Pakistan. There are many outsourced call centers there, as well as manufactures of some sporting goods, surgical equipment and other tools (to list a few). Also there are software outsourcing businesses who develop software at cheap rates, but it is less than Indian software outsourcing business. But, biz relationships don't comprise software outsourcing only.
