Out of the 100 possible cominations of N-N.mobi domains.

47% have been registered. (as on 11/16/2006)

Remaining 53 domains all gone in one single day (as on 11/17/2006)!!!!

what is the possible value of these? I know there's only 100 of them, but how much are the N-N.coms and .nets worth?

The current market value in reseller market is as follows (source:3character.com)

N-N.com - $400
N-N.net - $100

In nearest future when there is an awareness of ".mobi" among the general public, it is for sure that the N-N.mobi would have a considerable value.

For me and I think for most mobile users, the numbers are harder to type in since you have to get through the letters first. Furthermore the hyphen "-" is hard to get to as well. I would be careful when registering these. You might be better off to buy an LLL.mobi on the aftermarket imho.
