TV station names.

Many tv stations in my area advertise their mobile web sites. There is a good chance they may want to develop their .mobi website someday.

So if you had the call letters of a station like WMAQ.mobi and they wanted to buy it, how much do you think it is worth? Should you worry about trademark issues if you don't develop or park it?
